Credit Card Authorization Terms

Effective date: 10/21/25

These terms apply when you authorize AmeriSafe Van Lines (“AmeriSafe,” “we,” “us”) to charge your card for services related to your household goods move.

1) Authorization

By checking the box at checkout, you:

• Authorize a one-time debit/charge to the card you provide for the amount shown at checkout for moving coordinator services and transportation-related expenses for your move.

• Confirm you are the cardholder or an authorized user of the card.

• Consent to receive and sign documents electronically.

3) Deposits, Fees, and Estimates

• Any deposit/fee you pay represents only a portion of your total estimated service charges.

• Final charges are based on the applicable carrier tariff and the services actually provided.

4) Cancellations & Refunds

• Interstate moves: Your deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours from signing the Bill of Lading.

• Intrastate moves: Your deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours from signing the moving estimate.

• To cancel, email info@amerisafemoving.com within the applicable 72-hour window.

• If you cancel after the 72-hour window, you may receive a credit for the deposit toward future interstate moving services used by the same cardholder within 12 months of the cancellation date. Credits are processed on the next billing cycle.

• If you refuse pickup by the carrier, you forfeit your deposit.

5) Disputes

Please contact us promptly at the email or phone number above with any billing questions so we can help resolve them.

6) Acknowledgment

By proceeding at checkout and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Credit Card Authorization Terms.
